Orders placed Monday - Thursday before 10am PST will normally ship that day. Otherwise, orders will ship the next business day.

All International/Foreign orders are payable in US dollars only.

Canada & Mexico

International Priority Mail. Depending on the size of your order this will add anywhere from $11.00 to $25.00 or more to your order. Please allow 3 to 14 business days for delivery.

Please note that Canadian & Mexican orders may be subject to customs fees upon delivery. Canadian Customs may also hold orders for up to eight weeks before completing delivery. Unfortunately, we have no control over Customs. It has been our experience that generally packages are released and delivered within 2 weeks.

International - Anywhere in the world

International Priority Mail. Depending on the size of your order, this will add anywhere from $12.00 to $39.00 or more to your order. Please allow 7 to 21 business days for delivery.

Please note that International orders may be subject to customs fees upon delivery. Customs may also hold orders for up to eight weeks before completing delivery. Please be aware that this is totally out of our control.

Return Policy

We make every effort to insure that all books, CDs and DVDs are free from any defects in printing and/or manufacturing and we stand by the quality and workmanship of all products.

Audio CDs and DVDs are not returnable unless they do not play properly due to defect. Any defective CDs or DVDs will be replaced at no additional cost.

If you have purchased a book and it is not what you expected, you may return it for a full refund. Return shipping costs are at your own expense and the item must be received in "new" condition.

Please include a copy of your original sales invoice and insure that your items are packed securely so that they arrive in good condition.

Returns will normally be processed the same week merchandise is received. If you paid by credit card, your card will be issued a refund. If you paid by check/cash you will receive a refund check from Mac Publishing.
